Judgment.
When the defendant pleads guilty to a criminal charge, then this is the point in the trial where a suspended sentence or a prison sentence is decided. Most stimulant cases result in guilty verdicts, with clear physical evidence and a confession the points of contention are based on how to get a suspended sentence. For most first time / self use / possession cases 18 months imprisonment is requested but are often suspended for 3 / 4 years.
