Possession of Psycho-Stimulants.
Under the Stimulants Control Law possession of Stimulants is a crime. That is, even if you are not using them, simply having them is a criminal offense. Even when hidden in a car or house or even when deposited with people to look after it is still considered as possession even if you don't have them with you when arrested. Possession of psycho-stimulants for non-profit making purposes can result in penal servitude of ten years or less. Possession of psycho-stimulants for profit making purposes can result in a minimum 1 year penal sentence and up to 5 million yen fine depending on the circumstances.
Use of Psycho-Stimulants.
It is a crime to heat & smoke or inject psycho-stimulants, not just for own use but also for others. Psycho-stimulants can be detected in a persons urine for up to 2 weeks so the phrase I do not use is easily checked. Use of psycho-stimulants for non-profit making purposes can result in penal servitude of ten years or less. Possession of psycho-stimulants for profit making purposes can result in a minimum 1 year penal sentence and up to 5 million yen fine depending on the circumstances.
Transfer & Recieving of Psycho-Stimulants.
The transfer or recieving of Psycho-stimulants is a crime which is forbidde. Even if they are given for non-profit purposes it is still a crime. If they are sold without a profit motive the penalty is 10 years or less of penal servitude. Transfer for profit making purposes can result in a minimum 1 year penal sentence and up to 5 million yen fine depending on the circumstances.
