Stimulants Control Law

This is aimed at controlling the import,export, possession, manufacture, transfer, materials and use of psycho-stimulants (phenylaminopropane, phenylmethylaminopropane and the salts of each ).Only contractors whom the Minister of Health and Welfare specifies can import, export or manufacture stimulants. Possession, recieving, transferring, and storing can result in up to 10 years of imprisonment. When possessed or transferred or attempting to transfer or possess for profit a minimum 1 year penal sentence and up to 3 million yen fine are levied (2 of 41 Articles) depending on the circumstances.
