Prosecution
There are 3 points in the flow of criminal action : Arrest, Prosecution and Judgment. Prosecution means you have to attend a criminal trial. A public prosecutor decides whether a suspected person should be made to stand trial, even if the the police arrest you, and the prosecutor investigates but finds there is not enough evidence or cannot prove your guilt then you are released. In stimulants cases usually you are found guilty if prosecuted, with only a few exceptions where investigations have been illegally conducted.
